McKinney Citizens on Patrol (MCOPA)
A volunteer, citizens support unit that is highly regarded by the McKinney, Texas Police Department (MPD). This specialized, trained unit is used for non-emergency calls and helps prevent and deter criminal activity through high visibility patrols and community events. MCOPA assists MPD with patrols, vacation watch, warrant calling, community awareness, and Skywatch observation.
